Joined the app only because my friend said that he can send me the link, I’ll join and after first purchase will get the points and he will also get something out of it. Joined the app, made a purchase. Not only my app doesn’t look the same like his, mine won’t show anything except for order and location. Both of us didn’t get any rewards which were promised. If you’re interested in rewards, don’t bother. You won’t get it. Also, Black sheep coffee, you know my email address, so please check this out.

Not user friendly to pay, who has time to type in all the card details, billing address etc for a coffee? Why not sync with Apple Pay or other straight forward instant payment options?

I downloaded the App and it will only allow me to buy but no tabs for rewards.

Absolutely rubbish app, and I ordered at least twice with app with in-store kosic, and my points were taken but there is no order, and the staff in shop is not helpful as well, they said I don’t have points in my account and 15k points in my account and showing on my phone! And previously I lost all of my points when app is migrated. I would never use this app, neither black sheep coffee shop, such a disappoint!

I asked a staff member at one of your stores and they just said - oh yeah, some customers have this problem, sorry. A bit disappointed

I have created an account but there is no loyalty QR code. I was advised to reach out to app@leavetheherdbehind by the team here. Did no and not heard back.

I’ve always had issues and lose my points. I don’t know what’s so complicated for them to fix it!!!!

Just downloaded the app and there is no QR code visible to scan at the cafe. I have to order directly from the App to get the points.

App stopped linking with my UNiDAYS account. Logged out and back in, still not working and took over 10 min to try to sort it out. Given that I only get 20% off a £5 latte, it’s not worth it.

Since the email sent out to students on 22nd March, your student discount has not been working. Not only have I not been able to access the cheaper coffee on Mondays but the app itself stopped applying my student discount completely. I know I am not the only one experiencing this issue. The last two visits I have had to pay full price and I have spent hours on various days trying to log into my unidays account via your app and changing my passwords etc. in order to verify my student status (again!) but your app is not allowing me to log in (and when it does, it’s stating that my student status is about to expire which is incorrect). This is all despite the fact that I am logged in on my unidays app and my student status is verified. Why is your service not streamlined, your app could just connect uni to the unidays app? Furthermore, your changes have not been reflected on the unidays app. I can’t access a student discount code via Unidays to input at the kiosk despite your organisations email clearly stating that that is a possibility. Please can you fix these issues asap, bring back my student discount AND add it to the unidays app so we don’t have to wait around for you. You should also refund all the students that have had to pay full price due to your errors.
