BlackBerry Connect Reviews

Unreliable unless the app is open in the foreground

Impreza on

United Kingdom

So my iPhone has all settings enabled to run this app in the background and use data whilst running in the background. Notifications etc all enabled, yet I only receive notifications when I switch to the app. It used to work properly - now it’s effectively pointless as it works the same as an email client with no message notifications even when you’re signed in...

Genuinely abysmal

Why do companies still work with blackberry?

Never works

Kal1G__ on

This is the worst of the BB work apps! I get alerts but no messages, it signs in and out whenever it chooses and why can’t it sync with my OCS on the laptop like the other apps do? Not the best app I’ve used...

Rubbish

applehakiraidesune on

Cannot chat to colleagues imported from my skype because they are ALL offline, despite the fact I am sitting next to them and can see that they are online. They also show as online in my contacts. So which is it Blackberry? Are they online or offline!!??

Pile of 💩

sdk_00 on

United Kingdom

Literally the worst app I have on my phone. Never connects, keeps saying server busy. When it does connect, contacts aren’t shown. I get phantom invitations through notifications but no actual messages. Who is user and performance testing this stuff and allowing it to be published?

Doesn’t work

I can never connect to the server. What’s the point of having it if it doesn’t work?

Chat isn't seem less between PC and mobile device

Greg Longley on

United Kingdom

Please fix the issue where you start a chat on either the laptop and it doesn't seamlessly continue when you move to mobile i.e. The conversation history is missing. You should be able to continue exactly where you left off with all of the conversation history. The reverse also applies when starting a conversation on a mobile device and moving to PC. This is a pretty basic requirement that should be there but it isn't.

Never works

Nona*Nona on

Always hangs. I got it to work once when I first installed it - even that after many attempts to retry. Totally useless!
