I can’t get nfts to display and the samples look poor

I truly tried troubleshooting but this software lacks proper instructions. Even getting the stock videos from the app to display looked like bad graphics on an Oled.

Definitely need lots of work.

The UI is not intuitive at all. The TV apps are still so limited in options. On the FrameTV the app doesn’t play vertically and it’s very annoying. Tried to contact the support but they seem to be offline all the time.

Amazing User Experience

I can view all of my NFTs as well as browse other NFTs while being able to cast and view them on my blackdove digital canvas that I have installed in my home. This is truly the future of art!

For years I’ve been a fan of digital art, but I was reluctant to pull the switch and buy a digital wall canvas. Well, I finally ponied up for a 32-inch Blackdove Digital Canvas — and the results are nothing short of stunning. This is now the centerpiece of our living room … and it’s sure to be the center of several art conversations with friends. Of course, you need some quality art to show off, so look around and don’t settle for the first .mp4 or .jpg file that crosses your screen. In a generation, our kids will all be using these to show off their favorite digital works. Why not join the vanguard?

Amazing stuff

The artwork looks incredible on a 4K TV in my living room. This stuff is much better than the generic screensavers and well worth the price.

Hard to use

i love the idea and would definitely spend to get some of these cool digital art to display on my TV. But the user experience and the interface design needs a lot of help. I basically don’t know how to do anything other than looking at them on my phone. The “shopping cart” button doesn’t do anything nor giving me any instruction, and I can’t figure out a way to trial run it on my TV, Can’t find control on the TV app either. what do i suppose to do with this app?

Mobile App Not Connecting

The mobile app does not connect with my Samsung Frame TV. Works well with my PC though.

Great idea but...

1) needs a silent setting 2) needs a tiered purchase option. 79.99 a year a steep for all access.

Really amazing stuff

Television app not working or communicating with mobile app AGAIN!!!

Why is it you guys can’t get your stuff to work more than a few days at a time? Do you really expect people to maintain a subscription for a service that only works 20 or 30 percent of the time?! I honestly love the concept and the art, but I am yet again on the verge of canceling my subscription because it rarely functions when I try to access it. I’m sorry to say that unless things get fixed soon this’ll be my last month as a subscriber.
