Please fix it
This version of blackjack is so much better than others online, but it hasn’t worked for weeks now. Please, please, please fix it. I miss it. I played it every day! Please FIX It!!!
Just want my money back or fix the game
Used to live the game, would spend 20 a pop to play or increase capital for playing, but about a month ago the game no longer would work, keep on getting the same error message, went on line and notified the designers, and got no response. Recently I had my next door neighbor download it and it’s not working either. I’m not interested in retrieving money spent(truly I had fun), but I’m interested in getting back what remains on the board for what I haven’t used, since it was cash added in and not from game winnings. Just want my money back or fix the game
Loved it, but…
I loved this app until about a month ago, when I could no longer connect to the server, or their support page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling..the only thing that accomplished was that I lost all my money and rings and standings. reached out to support with no response. too bad…it was a nice game
Will not answer
I have played this game for a very long time and amassed over 4 million in winnings. Now, as if by magic, the game will not open. It only gives me an error code “MatchmakeConnectFailed”. I have googled that phrase and it is meaningless. I have reached out the the web site several times and they only ignore me. DO NOT GRT THIS GAME!

Great game
Won’t connect to my WI-FI on two devices just keep getting error messages. It would be nice if they fixed it. And updated it so the dealer doesn’t get 20 and 21 80% of the time, not even close to playing for real.
UPDATE PLEASE
There is no customer service. I bought a lot of coins and lost a lot of clients because for some reason sometime it connects and sometimes it doesn’t. I thought it was reception but I have Wi-Fi. I’m not sure what’s going on but I lost a lot of money because the game cuts off or freezes it’s absolutely horrible.
