Blacklane - Chauffeur Service

The ride and the driver were excellent, but the pick up was a little confusing. When I booked it mentioned a meet and greet with a sign with my wife’s name. But she had to go outside and find the vehicle herself across the street in the uber pick up lane. I was communicating with the driver from here in Australia. This appears no different than calling an uber, but I was happy with the security you provide with this service. My wife was travelling alone so thank you for that.

I arrived later than the time Blacklane had been given and it was nearly midnight I understand that the policy is to wait no longer than 1 hour But the driver rang me when I was at the carousel90 minutes later than the time he had and he didn’t have the flight number I am so grateful he waited as I am 76 and was travelling alone Thankyou 🙏

Rafhael Martin was incredibly professional, courteous, and so helpful. He even walked us straight to the Emirates counter, absolutely five star service! Welook forward to using Blacklane in the future.
