BLACKPINK LIGHT STICK v2

My lightstick will only react to the MV in the apps but cannot react to the MV at Youtube or the songs at Spotify while my friend's and other people lightstick have no problem to react to the MV on Youtube Can I know why? There's no Rose and Lisa's solo MV in the app, so I try it on Youtube, but it doesn't work

I have been updating my lightstick with the app but after the update it can’t react to songs and the bluetooth disconnects when you leave the app please fix this yg ASAP 응원봉을 앱으로 업데이트했는데 업데이트 후 노래에 반응할 수 없고 앱을 종료하면 블루투스 연결이 끊어집니다. 최대한 빨리 이 문제를 해결해 주세요.

Please do fix it ASAP, after new updates totally cannot connect to lightstick! Even uninstalled then install back still same result! Much appreciated if this matter can be fix ASAP! Thank you

i cant connect my lightstick to the app where you can self colour on your stick. it keep saying “product connection failed” and said my wifi/internet speed is slow despite me having no issue like yesterday. pleade fix this, lightstick is not cheap.

Hello ive noticed a lot of ppl incl myself who have bought the v2 limited edition is having problems connecting the LS to the app. Seems that even after turning bluetooth on & the LS flashes blue, the app just doesnt recognise the LS even if it’s next to it or in mh case nothing happens after i press connect, but the colour will just turn solid blue. Some ppl who updated with the old version of the app seem to be fine though.

Lot of us facing same error. Please fix your firmware. Error on firmware. Concert date are near. Lightstick are not cheap. Thank you

Can connect but when go out the homepage, automatically disconnected. YG please do something! This is does not worth on it if the problem cannot solved.

After months of having the disconnection issue, no one tried to fix their app. So disappointing.

Don’t update this apps, my daughters light stick v.2 limited edition unable to connect after this new update, YG group please fix this issue. I be really appreciate if you’re guys can fix this problem for us, thanks
