I love this game but it loads so slow so sometimes I can’t play it

I would love to continue playing this game but it takes too long on the loading screen. Even when i try to submit a inquiry, uploading my picture takes too long too. Loading screen does not even show how much it progress so basically might take 1h and im still at loading screen Please improve game

The loading page is slow. The game has a lag reaction. My game hung. Love the game tho. Awesome picture cards. Great mini game and games. And the “chat” function with the members. Really nice

I downloaded this game with a group of friends, we downloaded on the same time. However, I am unable to find them in the same channel and unable to add them via nickname and code. I have sent the customer service team an email and I haven’t get any reply.

Overall concept has potential. But theres so many microtransactions popping up which is such a turn off. Minigames are boring. World is so laggy with the amount of players in it. Movement control when you are in the world is bad lol. Sadly I feel no motivation to play the game after the first say. This game just feels like a cash grab to me, to milk to BP name. but i think fans will really enjoy this~ to each their own :)
