Why are you guys holding on to peoples emails, I’m trying to sign back up and it’s telling me that my email already exist... y’all need to do something about that and release my emails

I haven't received any updates in about 6 or 7 months, but I’ve received a ton of notifications (most recently today) informing me that there’s a new app version and to click “ok” or “ignore”. When I click on “ok” it brings me to the App Store where...absolutely nothing happens. I've been having issues with a few different things on the app not working and have sent numerous emails and have not received a helpful response. The latest issues are that when I go to type a new status or a caption on my photo it is completely blank while I’m typing, but if I hit “post” whatever I just typed appears and comments myself or others post on pics or statuses are cut off as well as in notes. When I log into BP on my laptop I can’t view profiles, notes, or comments. The only thing I can see is statuses and when I click on them it opens the person’s page for half a second and then goes back to the page of everyone’s statuses. This site is almost useless for me

After the latest update the content doesn’t fit in my phones screen so I can’t open or reply to things. I have to log on to the website and I prefer the app version better. So frustrating!!!

An app Update is needed ASAP. so many trolls on the site stealing users pics and creating fake accounts. There’s also way too many catfish accounts using celebrity pics. Photo verification is needed to weed out these types. I use to love this app and it’s one app I enjoy using the most if only the makers could improve security and add new upgraded features I could enjoy it more. Think I speak for many in saying this.

All other social media apps work way better than this one. It’s unfortunate to say but it’s true. The impression it leaves is that it’s just basic.

AWFUL

I’m pretty sure you guys are working really hard to make this app the best that it can be. The only main thing that i wish you guys won’t forget about .. it’s all about connecting easily, going into new group discussions and all. The version of the app for sure needs to be updated to the version of phone and technology. Which will make things better for eavh of us ( being able to understand the app more and on how to use it.

This app has so many glitches on the Mobile app. BP desperately needs to update it. I block pop ups but my inbox is always shrinking. Sometimes I can’t even view the inbox from the mobile app. The chat rooms are not useful anymore.

A little work needed on the keyboard representation please.

While in BP I often get linked to a stupid blank page anytime I'm on the app drives me crazy and I just leave the app. Almost annoying enough to just delete the damn thing!! Forces you to give one Star to post a Review. 0 Stars
