Half the time its fine but the other half is miserable. Locations on the map and route times are simply not correct so often. They tell you to use the app because its “more accurate” than anything else but you should just stick with google maps 🤷♂️
App stopped working now, when it does the realtime explorer is so laggy, you wouldn’t know until the bus has passed you
This app is next to useless. Most of the time, the bus trackers are so delayed that you have to make it to the stop 5-10 minutes early to make sure you actually get onto the bus. The other half of the time, the app outright stops working without warning and won’t tell you until it’s too late. I’ve literally walked out of my apartment to see the bus, I NEED to get on, pass me by, after this app tells me it’s still on campus. It’s ridiculous! The only times I’ve ever been late or missed a class is entirely because of this app. This is literally so frustrating that I’m writing my first and only review on the App Store. How difficult is it to fix the trackers? Especially when almost every student relies on these buses?
The “plan a trip” option tells you that you have to walk for most, or all, of the trip - when in reality that’s not the case. The route map only ever shows a map - never any actual routes. How has Bburg Transit won awards? This app is pathetic and the money used on it is wasted.
Nags you every 2 seconds to turn on your location and won't show you a thing unless you have location services activated AND shared with their app.
When it works its great, but the app is always breaking and not showing routes
Necessary for finding bus times but doesn’t work half the time, don’t see why they can’t just stop touching it on the days it does work and let it be
The system works pretty well except when it breaks which happens very frequently. The live map is constantly broken and same with scheduling. I can not rely on this app to get places when I need it to.

This is the most troubled app I have ever used. Crashes constantly. Need to quit and reopen app for bus locations to update. Buses mislabeled. Bus lines paired with the incorrect route map. Right now the MSA route is showing as a North Main route, opposite of what it should be. So so bad. So. Bad.
