Hiii I purchased 3 months subscription plan but still it’s not reflecting and asking me to subscribe again please try to resolve it..

I have done the payment but still my profile not subscribed to the plan. Worst experience
Features don’t work
Seems like a lot of hugs are there! The features like the speed buttton and fast forward does not work! Something is terribly wrong!!! I like the app but it’s making me irritated! Please look into it
After app update it’s asking for new subscription
I have already done the subscription last year mid and still my validity is there but after app update it is asking for subscribe.
Need to improve
So many bugs. kill that development team to work properly. Data loading time is high. Brightness increase decrease option needed. Rewind and forward option needed. Lagging actions.
Nonsense behaviour
I would say they are taking money for subscription with wrong email ids and do not activate the subscription. It is a cheating application do not use them or pay for it. Poor response and no direct contact for communication
Audio issue
Why can’t I hear the audio of your shows in BT speaker, while I can hear all your ads clearly?

Nothing is working in this app. No sign up, even signed up previous account is working. Ashamed you have such an waste app.
App Crashing on Launch
I have installed latest version and the app is crashing on launch itself from app homepage, I couldn’t do much action further as it pushed me out of app. I need to uninstall the app as it’s no use it it’s crashing on launch
