Blade Customer Service terrible!
I started off staking 10k of hbar. Worked well. I added 27k more and it worked for about a month. After that, when I tried collecting my rewards it was sending my rewards to a different address. When I tried unstaking my hbar it was giving a error of my time and date were wrong. I sent all of this proof along with pics of everything…. No help or correspondence for a week. Then, they email me saying the ticket was closed. So, proceed if you want to. But don’t expect ANY help from their customer service.
