Product worked great (albeit slowly) for a few months. Then when I needed to store files it said gave me an error. (I tried restarting phone, redownloading app, recreating folders, nothing worked)

I’ve purchased two other USB Blanbox+ drives with no problems and they worked as described. It wasn’t until I got the third one that it gave me problems. It would not communicate with my iPhone 11 or 13. Support was on top of the issue right away. Good response time. They replied within 2 hours with a step by step solution. The drive wasn’t communicating or recognizing the EXFAT file. So, zI followed the step by step instructions & first tried formatting the drive with my Apple computer and it didn’t work, just won’t do it. So I tried formatting the drive with my Old Dell lap top using Microsoft and I had success loading the EXFAT file. Now the USB works on all of my iPhones, the 10x, 11 & 13 pro max. Great job Support!!!!! Keep up the good work!

I don’t know who wrote the interface for this app, but it is not at all intuitive. I bought the flash drive from Amazon, and presumed it would be easy enough, but this took some doing to figure out. Once you are able to finally select and copy files to the thumb drive, it will hopefully be easy to transport them over to your PC. Haven’t tried it yet.. I like the previous reviewer suggestions on thumbnails and length of video recordings being displayed, etc. Obviously not made in USA. The app is free and the storage capacity on the drive is significant, so I guess the investment is worth it, since the Apple interface on iTunes is even wonkier.

So many Bugs. Nothing but error messages Total crap

The app is unusable on iPad Pro. No icons show. Please fix.

The other users were correct. The drive was incompatible with my iPhone. It kept registering “error” when trying to use it. Waste of money.

Brand new iphone 14. Installed app directly from app store. Recognized drive when inserted, but every action (create folder, copy pictures, etc) resulted in an error. Boxing up drive and returning, deleting useless app.
