I ordered through their application , the order wasn’t delivered and when i spoke to them via whats app , they confirmed the delivery and then i got another email saying the order was canceled when i did not ask for cancelation, i think they are scammers dont order from them
The application they are not take care about customer and not replying to mail and they don’t have contact number and also i was coming to cancel the order it was no any option for cancellation and the delivery very bad nothing it was good in this app i am suggesting the people don’t download this application
Thy did deliver my items and didn’t contact me
They don’t have the option while making the order for ( I Don’t Know The Addresses) like other well known applications such as JOI , Floward, FNP….etc. as this option will make it very easy by just asking for the recipient mobile number. In Addition, there is Zero response when They contact you through WhatsApp for confirming your mobile. My advice: It’s a waste of time downloading this application . Better use the other famous gift applications .
Very nice boutiques but all the options are above AED 300, there should be lower prices. If there is any, the system is not clear to show me these below AED300.

ياريت تتعاونون مع محلات متنوعه مش بس ورد وحلويات وعطور.. مثلا محلات اكلات مميزة واكلات شعبية واكلات للنفاس واكلات رمضانية.. رمضان بالذات كان حلو ابعث نقصات للاهل والاقارب بس للاسف الموجود محدود جدا .. بشكل عام انا جدا مرتاحة ف التعامل معاكم ويعطيكم الف عافية
