If the bikes could be unlocked or find properly, it would be a great app! But the location for bikes is wrong, then when you find one in the street you can’t unlock it.

I got a fine because their system didn’t update my details in the same day. I sent an email asking about this and they never reply. The bikes are good, but I recommend to use other app.
I recently checked my bank statements to ser that lots of time I’ve been charged 15€ from this company with no explanation at all. Then when I sent an email to their customer service I got the answer that we are always sent an email with details about the fine, but none of them were ever sent to me, not even photos to prove I parked them wrong to show what I must not do. I always used and parked bikes on places I usually found them (such as poles) and never saw any communication from the company, which obviously serves them cause them I kept doing the same things and they kept charging me. Ridiculous posture toward a customer and I don’t think it was done by mistake.
I regularly use Bleeper and find that the widespread map is great for what I need around the city.
Too often the bike will not unlock after using the app. There’s should be a feature that only begins the countdown if the accelerometer kicks in or they detect movement. I’m not sure if I’ve ever been able to successfully finish a trip smoothly it’s never straightforward. This is dreadful ux. I sometimes wonder is there some sort of throttling at play to elongate the process.
Terrible. Dont use the bicycle. I agree all negatives commets.
I’ve been a regular user of Bleeper bikes and had always appreciated their convenience, until a recent incident has significantly changed my view. I suffered a bike malfunction which led to a crash and physical harm. Despite my immediate and detailed reporting of this incident, the response from Bleeper’s team was less than satisfactory. A single explanation was offered - a small pebble or similar debris might have caused the issue. Given the incident occurred on city roads, not off-road or over debris-filled areas, this explanation felt dismissive and unrealistic. The incident had significant personal consequences, including needing time off work to heal. The company’s response to such a serious safety concern has been, to say the least, disheartening. I’m left feeling uncared for as a customer and am now questioning the safety of Bleeper’s services. Potential users should consider my experience before choosing this platform.
A sca
Generally like the service, but there’s some clunkiness that makes it just to unreliable to use to get time sensitive appointments or events: 1. Their only response to issues with payment is to block. You’re card doesn’t work one time, too bad, now you’re blocked and must contact customer service. Let me update the details and settle the balance. Current way wastes both my time and customer service time. Further, I’ve had it where I didn’t know I was blocked, wanted to use a bike, and nope, you’re blocked and customer service is closed or it’ll take too long to resolve. 2. Lack of the ability to reserve a bike. I want to use a bike for a appointment. I see there is only one available nearby, I would pay the full price to reserve the bike while I walk over to it. As it is now, I can’t take the chance cause it might be gone by the time I’m there and then I’m screwed. 3. Inability to easily report issues with bike until after a trip. Sometimes I’ll get to a bike, it’s clearly not working, but it’s not easy to report the issue until after I start the service. Reporting an issue should be easily done when I arrive at the broken bike. I still recommend the service, but it just needs to fix some quality of life things for it to be a truly reliable service I would trust in any situation. If these issues weren’t their I would use the service more frequently and happily pay for it because the price they charge for rental of the bikes is very reasonable (if anything, I would pay slightly more if that meant I had a more reliable service).
Worst service I have ever used and way too overpriced! Bikes are not moved overnight so some days you have a handful of bikes in one region and other regions with no bikes at all. Most of the days you have to struggle to find a bike near city centre, some bikes are kept inside private areas so when you think you found a bike you cant take it. Absolute disgrace
