My order
I am very disappointed in your app as I placed an order for which I have 2 rewards. I was only allowed to get one reward for $20 and it would not let me enter my $25 reward. Also, I was told to use APP10 for 10% off and the code for a free scarf for which neither were allowed. I am a devoted customer and very unhappy with this recent transaction. I did try to reach out by phone but was told to go to the web as all associates were busy. Please advise me as to why I cannot use my rewards and the free scarf. Your interest in this matter and a timely reply will be greatly appreciated. Deanna K. Winter
