I’ve been using this app for years but just this last year the quality of the stories after you repost them is terrible. Please fix

Didn’t work—thank god I tested it out first
Restoring purchase doesn’t work
My subscription doesn’t end until April but you’ve locked me out and say you can’t find an active subscription.
Won’t send me a text code to log in anymore
I’m upset I only had access for one day and I tried emailing and it dues not work! Trying to get a hold of someone

Freezing to much
It has its Pros and Cons
While the app does allow for viewing stories anonymously, there are two negatives to my personal experience with the app- 1. It freezes a lot and I have great WiFi and cellular data. This results in me having to constantly log in and out and refresh the app. Sometimes nothing works and I just have to wait until the app somehow refreshes itself and works so I can view stories again. 2. Sometimes if the insta stories have sounds you may mot be able to hear them unless you have ear phones in. There’s really no telling why that happens but it does. 3. Really wished there was a way to get better assistance if any when issues like the above happen.
Stories are blurred since new update!
Please fix the quality of the stories, the images and videos are blurry when I download them!!
Not working well
I purchased a membership and it keeps loving me out. Now it reached the point that I can’t access the account.

O pau-de-arara me membership n now I changed my phone n I can’t transfer my membership to my new phone n I trued to reached the customer service n until trust no one resolved pb. Totaly Frustrating
