Possibly one of the worst and most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. I love BBB but their app has been absolutely terrible for too long now. I wonder how much money the business is losing considering booking appointments on the app takes about 5 tries each time… most people probably give up at the 3rd time.
This seems to have gotten worse, it crashes at the payment stage and even at calendar scheduling, it seems to be worse since adding banking security verification when you go back into the app after doing own banking / card verification. I couldn’t even book the free patch test using it
I get the impression this app was created just for the sake of making one, not to improve the customer experience.
This app is so easy to use, Booking takes about 30 seconds. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I can honestly say I think it’s user error as I book my appointments every month with no issues.
Stores insist that you use it to book even when you are starting right in front of them in a store. And then the App doesn’t work 🙄 Lost a customer. Impossible to make a booking
It shows the available booking slots but won’t confirm bookings - keeps sending me back to ‘update’ diary. I’ve now tried multiple slots at several different times of the day and it still won’t let me book. This would be a good app if it worked but it doesn’t - so one star is generous
My daughter and I have been visiting over a year with regular eyebrow bookings. No making a mess of our brows always considerate of our needs and shape. Although pricey worth paying extra for a successful brow shape.
I’ve managed to book appointments via the app but it does regularly crash. The worst thing about the app is that the online shop does not work! As soon as you try and checkout it crashes every time....I’ve given up trying. I’ve reported this issue to customer services a few weeks ago and I didn’t even get a response!
The UI needs significant improvement. It is not aesthetically pleasing or intuitive to use. Archaic design and functionality e.g. selecting a therapist and then a service is difficult to do due to the small font. It could be made so much easier.
Have tried and failed to book appointments via the app a few times. I don’t see the point of this app. It doesn’t allow you to see what appointments are available or to book an appointment. They must be losing their clientele. I, for one, have given up!
