Very bad experience.Greece.
My VIN number was not recognized.So i tried to enter my car model manually with no luck again.My car is Honda e btw. They also asked to pay before the step of adding my car model so i payed… I called support number and gave them my name and telephone number ,as they asked, so tech support will call me.Now , after 7 hours nobody have called.Causing me huge inconvenience.They also told me to send an email on support for faster response…
