everytime i try to put money into the account it always takes the money but never moves it into the account and ive been locked out for two months now the app does not let me sign in and i have 30 riyals in the account i cannot get back or even use

I can’t access the app due to unknown technical error and there is no way to contact customer service , also they don’t have any accounts on social media !! Really weird , I have charged my wallet in the app with an amount, now I can’t use my money and can’t use the application at the same time
