App easy to use, as long as it works!

I’m not sure how to rate an app when I can’t even start to use it but a 2/5 it is. Have tried several times and on two different phones to register a credit card but the process isn’t logical: it seems to be combining a card registration with a payment and then responds with a non-specific error. Perhaps the users are beta-testing?

Impossible to register a card with 2 factor authentication. Get stuck in a loop. How can an app in 2022 have such a rubbish customer journey??

Works well and is quick and easy. Please can you add Apple Watch functionality though? This would be very helpful when going to the beach for a surf without wanting to take a phone or leave it in the car.

So far have not experienced anything wrong with the app. You park, you pay. If you parked for less time than you selected you can get some money back. Did not get any unsolicited msg at all only the ones advising me my parking time was close to finish. Thank you.

This app sends you unsolicited notifications, when it should only work when you park your car. That’s annoying.

Does not work when I am not home in WiFi. Very bad!!

About time to have this app! Help desk were helpful as well. Very useful in sant cugat area.
