Приложение не работает, разработчики не реагируют на это , не тратьте время на скачивание, зарегестрироваться не возможно, не даёт ввести дату рождения .

Does not work at all

This app does not receive the sms code for sign up. Developers pushing the app to production without testing, just cheap piece of crap, not more P.S. Yes, I provided correct number from Poland and finally receive sms in 30 mins after request registration code... I have done more than 3 or 4 attempts at least, but receive only 2 sms codes which means that that some of attempts was failed by the backend service. I dont think developers team tests their job or do some production deployment test in ci/cd.

Didn’t make a refund for nonfunctional scooter

The scooter appeared to be broken so after 2 or 3 minutes I ended the ride and requested a refund. It’s been a month since then and nobody hasn’t contacted me.

Have ruined my evening with the family

I have spent 30 minutes trying to stop my ride in proper zone. But it DIDN’T work at all!

Problem with registration

I can’t do anything with registration(problem with password) I have all password requirements but system tell me ,,password must much,, and I can’t finished my registration.
