I purchased a virtual gift card from them and never received it and it’s been 21 days and support will not answer me. They ignore me and I’m about to file a grievance and take legal action.

Bought a $100 eMastercard and it won’t generate a number just shows a blank card. They will steal you money. Apple should pull the app from the store

I purchased two MasterCard gift cards. One for $900 and one for $1000. Both cards say up to 72 hours for full verification, it’s now been 7 days and I have no card numbers to use the gift cards. I’ve emailed them for the past week, with all information needed, no response from anyone. I understand verification can take a while, but I have purchased from them in the past with no issue. It would be nice for support to reach out and respond to something.

I am not sure why the reviews are shouting Scam, however this is a ligitimate company that has allowed me to send gifts whenever all over, it is my number 1 go!!!

So I bought a MasterCard 8 hours ago and I’m still not able to use it and it says transaction in review. If you want quick access to your money with confidence you will be able to get to it I would strongly consider using a different app.

Never got my $50 it says wait for 30 mins or more but it’s been 3 hrs now and it still hasn’t even showed me the numbers on the card.

They just take your money and refuse to give you anything or refund you! SCAM!

I downloaded this app in August to purchase a 50 dollar gift card for my sisters birthday. However, they sent her a digital card that wont work. My bank account shows that the payment cleared for the gift card. I have contacted them and they have not responded. They basically stole $50 from me. Very unprofessional. If I could give them less than a one star rating, I would! Don’t use this app!

Took my money and didn’t send me the card. And don’t even bother calling them because they don’t answer. They also don’t respond to emails. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

It took sometime but I got it. Works!
