blip E-scooters

Took ages to get setup. Each person had to join separately & we couldn’t do one join for the group. Then it took time to actually unlock & we nearly gave up. The ride was then fun.

We rented 2 scooters today just for a joyride. We had so much fun we both can’t wait for our next blip adventure. Great value and super easy to use. Have recommended to everyone we came across and I seriously can’t shut up about them 😂

Need to give credit card details before you can even check if there’s scooters in your town.

Worst customer experience using an e-scooter app ever

Bit slow

Was so disappointed that I could not hire multiple scooters with the same account, then hired the scooter and it cost me $4.70 to drive it 1km! Supposed to be a Kiwi company!! Come on guys, you can do better than this!!!

I RECEIVE 10 NOTIFICATIONS A DAY telling me to make sure I lock my scooter. Fix this bug.

App is a bit clunky. Wish the unlock button was more handy.

These scooters are so much fun. My friend and I took one for a ride on the walkway and it was so cool. The speed wasn’t too slow or too fast either, it was just right. It takes about 5 minutes to sign up once you’ve downloaded the app. Would definitely take one out again. What a blast!
