I use the app for the baba name Kevalam kirtan and meditation timer. It’s super easy and it’s the most blissful meditation I’ve done. The quotes at the end of a meditation sessions are always fun to read. Thanks Bliss app!!

I love the beautiful kiirtan music and the flexible programs. In addition to a meditation resource, I use it to spur me on to greater heights of cleanliness: I set the timer for 20 minutes kiirtan for the housekeeping task of choice, then 10 minutes meditation as a reward! It keeps me from (some) distraction while cleaning, and I get in a meditation session I to boot! Thank you, Monk Dude!

Forget those meditation apps that require a subscription. You get it all - including lessons on how to start meditating - with this app. Designed by a yoga monk, this app (and its meditation protocol) will help all aspects of your life - just like it did with mine.

This app has it all. Guided and unguided meditations. A timer to customize the length of each meditation. And our fav, even gorgeous, uplifting musical selections. It’s so nice to have found a meditation app my husband and I agree on:)

I love how you can follow a guided meditation or simply use the timer. My favorite is to set the timer to start with the original meditation music and then finish in silence. this allows me to go deeper and quiet the conscious mind. This is the only app that allows that. It’s top quality and everything works without issue. The creator of this app is a brilliant meditation teacher and so this app reflects his effective and unique meditation methodology.

I’ve used many meditation apps and find this one to be the best. I love every meditation choice - and that there are not too many choices. The kiirtan options are beautiful and centering before meditating. I just discovered all the options for learning more about meditation when I click the “learn” icon, so I’m excited to explore that next. There are just enough bells and whistles, like the daily reminders and “streak” stats. I highly recommend this app.
