Całkiem spoczko apka, stonowane kolory (dobre dla oczu), ćwiczenia ciekawe, dużo, różnorodne. Korzystam w trakcie dnia, muszę tylko dokupić krople do oczu ;)
Czuje się lepiej
Spędzam sporo czasu przed kompem. W miesiącu są dni, w których czuje że oczy „mi lecą”. Zacząłem używać apki i robię przerwę na ćwiczenia w godzinach pracy. Czuje poprawę, zwłaszcza w drugiej części dnia. Polecam
