I actually really like this game. But I had some purchases (plural) not get awarded. I made support aware. They emailed me and asked for receipts and I gave them. They have now stopped responding at all. So it’s good til you have a problem. Support is almost non existent and it’s a scam.

Too many ads
It’s a fun enough game and a good time waster. $8 for the ad free version is a little outrageous though. If they would decrease that I’m sure more people would buy it but for now that’s really high for a phone game.
The game is not what was advertised
I use an iPhone 8+ and my phone is “melting” and lagging, so for some reason this game is using a lot of cpu and/or memory resources leading to extreme lag and temperature increase. It started on the third part of level 8, and my phone has full cpu usage and isn’t throttled due to old battery.
This was one of my quick daily games. With latest update, it takes way too long to load won’t let me access the daily game and gets hung up on screen after the first completed round. They should’ve left it as it was. Bugs still don’t let you play daily puzzle after a week. Deleting app.
I played this game for well over a year. Tons of purchases and have advanced very far. Opened the app two weeks ago - it’s all gone. Reached out twice. NO ONE replies. I want my purchase and progress restored!
This game is very awesome. You need to try. I didn’t cash out yet but when I cash out, I’ll let y’all know how long it took.
I’ve enjoyed this game for a long time, but recently they’ve made a change that is very annoying. They throw in subsidiary games without the ability to opt out. For instance there’s a section where jewels appear and pull the pieces off the board. You can’t go forward until they’ve done their dirty work. Just as I’ve planned my strategy, the pieces disappear. I prefer to play the game myself. I know that others like that sort of thing, all I ask is to be allowed to opt out. I don’t play this game to be annoyed, I play to relax, and I’m thinking of deleting it and looking for something less intrusive.
