I have used this app for over 7 years without issue until recently, when the screen went black. After uninstalling and reinstalling, I was prompted to reverify my already-verified account. The verification process, which was supposed to take 7 days, dragged on with no updates. Despite sending all required documents, including IDs, it took nearly 2 months to receive a response. I was then asked to resubmit the same information, with no resolution provided other than the case being ‘under investigation.’ After researching, I found that many others have experienced similar delays. Avoid this app—blockchain issues seem to be a recurring problem. They keep replying with automatic responses whenever you contact them . Awful service

I never post reviews but I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Blockchain. I waited almost 2 months for them to activate my account and verify my ID, only to be told that there’s nothing they can do about it 2 months later. Very poor service and I will definitely not recommend using this app.

I use different emails different passwords and it says unable to process each time I even deleted and reinstalled the app and tried again and it still didn’t work

No they want to control your funds and restrict your funds wherever they want, not trustworthy for large funds.

Different accounts and wallets makes it very confusing. Both accounts have to be verified and again makes it confusing.
