I can't receive money. The address is not copied.

Why can’t I redownload the app?!

It’s been a while I am not a user of this app, because I can’t redownload it. I have invested around $50-$60 in to Blockchain app, but now I can’t access my money or even my account. Please help?

Account limits “In review”

Second week i am waiting for verification of my identity. Still same status “In Review”. I can not buy crypto or withdraw funds. Support recomended me to create new wallet for identity verification again. I did it but this time status “Failed”. No option to do anything. So i am lost and it looks my funds on account too.

Money stolen/ Worst support

Money was stolen from my account , I keep writing to support and they are just closing my tickets.

When I open the app the amounts are loading for ever! I hope it will work tomorrow!

It does not work. I cant sell… Very often out of order… No more.

Terrible app

Anytime i try to purchase crypto via this app, it says “Oops, something went wrong. Try again later.” Nothing changes later, still does not work. On computer however, it is executed flawlessly. Plus on this app, there are countless bugs especially when you’re refreshing it frequently. The app is terrible.

Doesn’t let me send BTC to other wallets

I wanted to send some small amount to my other wallets, I tried several wallet addresses including exodus and ledger and the app always told me it is and invalid bitcoin wallet. When you buy bitcoin, it goes to your trading wallet instead of the main one and transfering between them cost you. Worst wallet I’ve tried so far, don’t use it. There are way better wallets out there
