Poor customer support

If I could leave a negative star it would be more appropriate.

Would give ZERO Stars if I could!!

App never works, crashes anytime you try to use it like wallet app!! Won’t connect to sites, the “add collection” feature never works but charges you points!!! A TOTAL JOKE OF A WALLET APP!! STAY AWAY FROM FLOW BLOCKCHAIN AND THESE GARBAGE WALLET APPS THEY HAVE!! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS APP!!!

I can’t withdraw my Crypto from my Blocto Wallet

I have sent Customer Service numerous messages about my situation and I haven’t received any response for weeks. I deposited some crypto from an exchange into my Blocto wallet and I’m trying to send that same crypto back to the same exchange I used to deposit my crypto into my Blocto wallet and it keeps failing and failing and failing over and over again. This is by far the WORST SERVICE I have ever encountered in this crypto space. I hope someone can help me.

Why did you get rid of the browser inside of Blocto?!

Stay away

Missed out on multiple mints due to the app just refreshing to log in.

Horrible experience.

Bugs galore. Zero innovation. Have not updated the app for over 2 years despite what the App Store says.
