I enjoy the breathing exercise regularly
Things started off well. Then randomly the videos stopped working. When I contacted support they said it was something I did and the app was working fine. Well, that was not the case. The audio buttons all are turned on and I did not accidentally turn them off. I’m not an idiot. So their help was useless. Don’t waste your time or money purchasing the Pro membership. It’s not worth it as the Pro options just really aren’t all that great. The free stuff is better…when it works. Plus, it’s hard to understand one of the guides… I believe his name is DK. There’s probably better apps out there.
New biofeedback breathing is quite useful, though it took me some time to master it.
Awful
The updated version includes breathing exercise which provides immediate feedback, simple yoga session and new meditations. All usefull stuff which helps me to relax and calm down.
The breathing exercises in this app work quickly to stabilize my BP and my pulse. The effect is short but onset is quick. I also like the convenient data export feature. Overall, I would recommend this app to people concerned about longevity and slowing down aging.
Interesting combination of BP tracker, stress monitor and calming exerices. Slow breathing and meditations indeed lower my blood pressure and you can see imeediate stress changes when measure heart rate and stress with the phone's camera.
Very happy with the new update. It takes time to practice the Biofeedback breathing but it does calm you and brings blood pressure down. Also impressive meditations by Gene, his voice is super calming.
No change in BP, yes I did the exercises. Very depressing result. I really wish I could have reported better results.
