Crashes immediately

The game doesn’t fully download and hence it crashes immediately. I’ve tried many times to delete it and re-download it but nothing works. Is there any other way to download the game properly?

it’s pissing me off

The game is working on my PS5 but here on iPhone 12mini not working at all I pay for this game but it’s crashing and even not opening for playing it’s just keep on crashing. Is there away to refund the money?
