Bloom - The Invoice & CRM App

Communication between the desktop and app version is bad, a lot of my info did not transfer to the app. I do not receive any notifications in the app either from client messages to new leads. The app feels like its missing a lot of what the desktop version has to offer and NEEDS to be updated to have those features.

This all has outstanding usability, and takes into account all the needs of working with the clients.

I was excited to use this app because of the UI. It’s smooth, simple, pretty. But I wouldn’t really call this a CRM system since there isn’t a way to log calls, emails, texts, etc. This would probably be great for invoicing though! The templates are slick and it’s cool that you can send an invoice and a contract directly to a client.

Literally my only issue is lack of basic accounting features like time and expenses. If these got added so I can dump quickbooks too I would be a customer for life! Definitely worth giving a shot!

Why does it not show the booking calendar?

Not a fan of the updated mobile app. I can’t send messages from the app with this update. There isn’t even the option for messaging here. I have to log into desktop each time now for it. Deleted app from my phone simply because of this.

Solid CRM with excellent backend support. It’s still growing with rich features being added regularly.

Been using bloom for a while now and the web app is great but always missed a quality mobile experience. Now I feel like I can get the most important things done like sending an invoice and getting paid while I’m on the go from my phone without having to go and use my laptop. All my project details are here all in one spot as well which is super helpful.

Customer service isn’t very friendly or responsive. Great design and very easy to use on desktop - the mobile app is kind of useless and lacks a lot of features. You can’t even view your contacts.

This app is so confusing. Lots of features on web but not very powerful. Might be good for beginners.
