I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience with your company. My order number is 628293612, and I am currently facing a significant issue with my order.
Approximately a month ago, I followed your company's instructions to return an item via UPS drop-off, as indicated in your official mobile application. I carefully completed the process, obtaining a receipt for the drop-off as instructed. However, to my dismay, the package appears to have been lost in transit.
Understandably, I expected a refund for the lost item, considering that I followed the prescribed return procedure diligently and have the requisite proof of the drop-off in the form of a receipt. However, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter with your customer service team, I have encountered a frustrating lack of accountability and resolution.

Loyalist Promotional cards
I bought two Qualifying items(as stated on the App) for earning a $20 gift card, even receiving an email “confirming” I Earned it, even assigning it a card #.
There Was a note that I Would receive an additional email with redemption Instructions, for the card, Which only had a 30 day expiration date. I waited and waited, for that email, even checked my Spam folder, and other emails from Bloomingdale’s emails, but no sign.
I finally decided to call to double check on this situation because I was interested in making a new purchase, and wanted to use my “earned” $20 store gift card. I was told it was “Possible” that my Purchased items, That were shown to Qualify on the App/Purchase, originally, gave me a 0 balance for Gift cards, and then my Loyalist Account balance also showed Zero Gift Cards available.
I was Sent the email telling me I Earned the $20, but no Additional information about Why I Never Really Earned my $20 gift card.
This is a Shoddy way to “Reward” “Loyalist Members”
The customer Service rep Was sympathetic, but was frustrated too, that this situation keeps happening, alienating Loyal(ist) Customers.
This Situation should be Clearly Defined and Prevented from occurring again (& again)
I am Now Skeptical about This type of promotion and maybe Others too!!
I would like a Follow up about this situation, especially as a Long term Loyalist member

For maybe more than a year now, I am unable to add anything to my wish list. It always transmits an error. I don’t understand why it’s taken this long to fix a glitch. Anyway, it means less business for Bloomingdale’s.

I love this app. But I haven't seen any purchases and returns for a few days now.
The app does NOT work !
The payment option is always down - it took me 4 day to finally get to place my order and because of that I missed the sales !!

App is not displaying loyalist points or rewards. I am unable to make a purchase on the app.
Online I can make a purchase but loyalist points and rewards do not display, same issue as with the app.
