They lost my package

My order number is 628293612, and I am currently facing a significant issue with my order. Approximately a month ago, I followed your company's instructions to return an item via UPS drop-off, as indicated in your official mobile application. I carefully completed the process, obtaining a receipt for the drop-off as instructed. However, to my dismay, the package appears to have been lost in transit. Understandably, I expected a refund for the lost item, considering that I followed the prescribed return procedure diligently and have the requisite proof of the drop-off in the form of a receipt. However, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter with your customer service team, I have encountered a frustrating lack of accountability and resolution.
