Mooie bloemen goeie prijs
Mooie bos voor keurige prijs ontvanger is erg blij!
Wat is er gebeurd?
Tot dusver altijd tevreden geweest over de kwaliteit van de bloemen en het abonnement. Laatste boeket liet echter te wensen over, rommelige combinatie van bloemen, enkele gebroken stelen en enkele stelen die binnen drie dagen slap hingen. Op mijn verjaardag een code ontvangen voor 50% korting, toe te passen op mijn volgende bos in het abonnement. Deze toegevoegd aan mijn account om vervolgens deze korting niet te ontvangen. Berichten per mail hierover zijn tot dusver niet beantwoord. Heel jammer…. Nieuwe site/app is ook stuk minder gebruiksvriendelijk dan voorheen.

De bezorger van de bezorgdienst had een “fout” gemaakt maar Bloomon heeft dit heel netjes opgelost! Top service.

Ik was deze keer niet blij ;had boeket met bonbons laten bezorgen zodat ik ontzegd werd ; zie ik bij toeval dat boeket bij Primera winkel bezorgd is door Post nl .dat was dus geen verrassing meer en voor hetzelfde geld was heel boeket al vergaan ;ik vind ook niet handig dat diegene 85 jaar boeket zelf daar af moest halen ..dus 🙈

Bloomon brengt licht
Al jaren wilde bloemen van Bloomon bij mij thuisgebracht ze zijn van goede kwaliteit en als ze komen denk ik wat een kleine bos maar dan zitten ze nog mooi in de knop. Je ziet ze dan in de kondigen steeds een beetje verder opengaan. Doorgaans heb ik er ruim 2 weken plezier van bij warm weer iets minder lang. Je bent flexibel in het kiezen van de bezorg termijn en kunt je abonnement ook tijdelijk pauzeren. Kortom ik wordt er blij van! Zeker in donkere dagen.
