Such an amazing app

A lot of plants are in this app’s database and there is so much easy to understand and follow information about all of them.

This is one of the best apps I have ever used!

This is one of the best apps I have used as it tells me the kind of a flower with just a picture of it and it also has some useful facts about plants (e.g., I for a long time didnt know that aloe aristata as otherwise called lace aloe needed to be watered once 2 weeks, I used to water it every month) Also to mention that it has watering reminders. However there is only one problem that mayır may not be personal, you are only limited to take 3 pictures and identify them, of course you can take more photos And identify more plants but it has a catch, MONEY! Please I would be grateful to use this wondrrful app without needing to spend money on it. But anyways, I wanted to thank to the founder/ producer of this app. Thanks 😉

Doesn’t work

Always says “”oops something went wrong” when I search a plant. I’ve unsubscribed, tried it again a year later. I’ll be unsubscribing again.

Disappointed in dramatic price increase

Liked the app, but the sudden increase from $29.99 to $79.99 with absolutely no prior communication to explain the dramatic increase in price led me to cancel.

Refund

Had this app on Android and then switched to iPhone but paid the $78 for a yearly subscription. But I can’t use what I paid for switching from android to iOS. So I just lost $78. Cannot get to a real person to help me. All computers. Maybe this will be someone attention

Personalized reminders

Would like to make some personalized reminders again. This option was available when I first started using this app but was deleted recently.

Poor Customer Service

I have never used the app and I am unable to cancel the payments. No access to customer service.

I don’t have any premium suscripción but some how this app is charging me $8 at week for the most basic app!

Unacceptable Price Increase!

How can you raise the price six times from what it was, basically going from $9.99 a year to $59.99 a year! I immediately cancelled my subscription and have zero intention of paying so much as a penny to a price gouging company like this one! It was a great app, but seeing as you do not have integrity anymore, it’s garbage.

Holly price hike, Batman with no new features!

Price was under $3.99month for premium. I was notified of a price increase to $8.99 starting November 2025. I looked on your app and the price is actually $7.99/week or a “low” price of $99/year. No new features, nothing to prove there is a reason for the price hike other than the new owners want a major pricing on their investment. Take your business elsewhere, folks!
