سيىء جدًا انتظر لين تنزل التذاكر وفي النهايه يوم ادور التذاكر يقولي حدث احدث يقولي وراك ١٧ الف يطلب التذاكر

تطبيق سيئ جدا، دعم فاشل ولا يتجاوب مع الشكاوي ابدا. لا اصنح ابدا بالتعامل معهم
Poor user experience & issues
1- Poor user experience and interface.. not easy to use. 2- issues: I have been trying to get access to game tickets which I wait for an hour or more.. once I get close to my turn I open the app and it reopen which I lose my turn and I have to wait again.. happened 3 times. Given that this is the only official way to purchase game ticket it’s really disappointing.. you can do better! Please take some inspiration from Webook.com which has a decent user interface Ux and also and you don’t lose your turn unless you force quit the app! I work in the field of mobile apps and there is a lot of potential for this to improve and it should!

Awful Doesn’t Send Verification Code
I have been trying to use this app even contacting support. But the 4 digit code to verify my account never arrives. If it does not work with USA phone numbers it should say so. Very frustrating that no one in their support can help. Maybe they should have an option to verify by email if the verification code does not work via text.

They don’t deliver fast they told me that my order will be delivered at 7 days but now I am in the 12th day and they didn’t deliver it
