I am just waiting for association to be formed so that we will switch to another gate management app. Mainly the app doesn’t understand the owner-to-tenant hierarchy. Even after my tenant registered himself on the app, i receive the notifications and calls to allow someone from the gate but my tenant never receives them. Now what is the use if it can’t perform its basic service? HoH is least concerned with these issues.

I’ve been trying to have my profile removed since I’ve given my flat for rent and don’t want to be bothered with the notifications. Neither am I able to remove transfer it to my tenant nor am I able to delete my profile. And the customer support is utterly useless and unresponsive.
You need to remove and reinstall it and it will work

This app is waste, just sits in your phone and eats space. No actual use out of this. Can’t add family member, no real time notification. Layout is of 90s
Outdated UI, Barely functions properly. An Amateur to programming would likely make a better application than this.
