We were full time Rv ers and the Blue Beacon is an excellent choice for keeping our rig looking great while we are on the road. We have never had a bad experience with them and we will always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great place to have your rig cleaned up and ready for the road. I am sure that soon someone will come along and compete with the streakin beacon. Every time I go there I have to beg them to not use acidic products on my paint wheels and other chrome items. This far I have had to have my wheels re-polished and I have several places on my grille where they have hit it with high pressure and have bubbles the chrome plating. I have been hoping that they will improve soon but I am starting to loose hope It’s bad when my grand kids can do a better job cleaning my truck and they are still in middle school. When I hand them the same amount that I have to pay bb. They give me back all but $50.00 and tell me that all that job is worth. At least they are honest. I put the rest in a savings account for them. I hope BB will improve soon. You have been in business since the 1970’s. One would think you would have perfected the process by now. Washed our rv in Minot, ND a week ago, amazing experience, still wondering how they did it, we were covered with grass hoppers and 4 years of grease and grime, in about 15 minutes we came out looking better then the day we bought our rig new, not a single solitary bug or speck of dirt. Can’t wait to go back!!!

As a first time Blue Beacon customer I must say that I was very impressed with the level of service and attentiveness of these young men and women. Not to mention how perfect my truck was cleaned. Whoever trained them should be extremely proud and should commend this group for what was an amazing experience. Since the crew were obviously taught to be quick and efficient in their tasks I will say that I didn’t get many names but I did catch Jade which besides doing her job to perfection, was also very sweet and helpful in educating me about the area and pointing me in the direction of a great restaurant. All this was done in probably less than 20 minutes. WOW! What a well oiled machine.
