As a former IT professional, I was very excited to start using the new app that Shannon and Guy had built over the last year, and launched last month. While the app is going under the normal “growing pains”, updates and tweaks, I’m very impressed! Looking forward to many more cool features, increased product info and accessibility, continued community building, and ease of use. It must be said that a truly important part of my positive experiences with Blue Waters are the many helpful and talented employees both in front of the cameras and behind the scenes that provide customer service, design, sell, pack, ship, and more. Shopping with my favorite boutique is even more enjoyable now!

I was so impressed with how size inclusive the store is, as well as transparent with the customers. This cream is exactly as it was described. Very hydrating and the scent is perfect. Love this so much I bought 10 jars. Maybe I will share as gifts. lol

I’m a new shopper after being referred by my friends. Lives are fun to watch and I got my first order super quick. Loved the quality and mystery items. Will definitely be back, way better than other boutiques I’ve shopped with.

Items oversell, you get charged and are never contacted. Then they go on the live and lie about the issue and say those that had oversold items were given replacements and freebies which is not the case.

Best place I have been shopping with this company since day one. I respect the honesty and it’s like a big family.

Blue Waters is the absolute best place to shop! Shannon is so honest and helpful. She never pressures you t buy. She encourages you to just come for the fun even if you can’t but. I have never had to return anything. She is spot on with her sizing recommendations. Customer Service is awesome at getting answers and helping in anyway they can.
