Doesn’t give me pay check and I cannot see any of the overtime shifts that are posted

Check in/check out

Can check in but more often than not have to check-out using my card as this app regularly doesn’t give me the option to check out. Thought it was only me but having canvassed others they say they have the same problem. Not good

Rubbish UI that constantly boots you off!

Absolutely awful app! Constantly boots you off, so you have to sign in all the time, even when you check the box that says ‘keep me signed in’ The old Teamplan was so much better, it was clearer, and user-friendly. You can’t easily scroll through the weeks to view your schedule, even when the rota has been done. You have to go into the calendar to select a date. UI is very poor. The times for your schedule are not easy on the eye. Just awful! BY WFM, layout is atrocious. Auto assigns lunch breaks to 1hour so you have to go back in and amend every staff members breaks! Ridiculous! Sometimes when you manually clock out it doesn’t save. BRING BACK THE OLD TEAMPLAN!
