Thank you for this robust and efficient great machine and software. Even I am at work I feel I am in control of my home environment to be ready when I arrive home after long working day to relax in a clean purified rooms. Thank you 🙏🌹

The app is terrible. Very slow and buggy. Bring back the old app you had one year ago it was good.

After the lastest app update i tried to add new device but I couldn’t, trying to click o setup new device but no action at all. Fix it please

Im not sure why companies keep changing perfectly working thins. I have to say it is one of the worst App update Ive ever seen: 1- I have an iPhone se, and the app screen isn't designed for such device. Parts of page/screen is hidden. 2- The update logged me out, I tried to sign in many times. it keep endlessly loading! when I restarted the app I found that Im signed in again!. 3- I lost old setup because of update, trying to setup the classic filter again, it detect my wifi network. I fill the wifi password and nothing happens! as if the connect button isn't working. 4- I wish I know how to add/save new address, very confusing. The look and feel, the usability and user experience of previous version were perfect. You didn't need to ruin the app to retire one of the measurements! Im very disappointed and I have to manually control the filter now. The updated version of the app isn't up to the quality of the filter. Thanks

The earlier version was much more useful and provided the sensor readings for 4 parameters over different hours of the day. The new update has over-simplified this application and omitted the CO2 readings for unknown reasons!

You can check your temperature and humidity while you’re out of home!

Pleasantly surprised when, during setup, you’re warned that the product only works on a 2.5 GHz, non-split, network. Not so! If that were the case, this product would not have worked at all, as was the case with the Coway that I ended up returning for this very reason. Connected perfectly and integrates quite well with location services, but I’d love it if HomeKit were supported in order to keep tabs of all my IoT devices from one convenient place.

This app makes managing my air purifier really easy and lets me see the quality of my filter. Really like being able to create and manage the schedule too.

This is a very good purifier! Love that it is quiet and that it also has a phone app to control it.

Child lock only controls the fan. This is preposterous! My toddler went and turned the unit off right after I put it in child lock mode. Whoever made that decision definitely doesn’t have kids. You guys need to child lock the entire unit.
