Was this app designed by a rookie coder? It needs a Back button. BADLY. If you try to search for a Doc or a Dentist you will likely have to reboot if you want to search from scratch. I have NO faith in it whatsoever and likely will delete and visit the web site. Trying to you on a 4th Gen iPad Pro.

The app lets you log in, then immediately crashes. I’ve tried on and off for a year and it still doesn’t even work.

I’m trying to find a dentist and every time I do a search, I’m getting providers that aren’t in my state, let alone in my area. I’m not driving 300+miles for dental care or any other kind of care. I’ve even made sure that my zip code is entered and I still get recommendations that are nowhere near where I live.

If I could give a negative stars review I would. This app does not work at all. You press the login button after doing Face ID and it still doesn’t log you in. Over and over again. One would certainly expect better from a humongous insurance company like BCBS. This is completely ridiculous.

No kidding, absolutely nothing on this app worked.

Literally can’t login. Been told my member id is invalid more times than I can count.

Horrible app. It rarely loads. Never been able to see a claim. Total waste of space. I expect better from BCBSMN.

Always have issues. Either some part of the feature doesn’t work or doesn’t let me login.

Continues with a pop up saying that data isn’t available so I can’t get into the app. Very annoying and very inconvenient
