Shared screen is not visible lots of bugs

There is no edit option once enters our name!

There is no option to edit our name once its entered into blue jeans ios app! We have to uninstall and reinstall the app to modify pur name.. In PC before logging in, it shows our already entered name and we can modify the name before entering into any meeting.. This should be fixed in ios app…

No sound

Absolutely worst app…would give minus rating for the worst ever app

Meeting got disconnected due to a technical glitch of the app and then a notification comes that all the features of the app not working.

My phone heats up after 30 mins of video/audio usage.

The quality of calls and video is very good. However my device heats up after 30 minutes of audio/video call. Not sure why

Good but

The options on the iPad app are less , for instance i cannot apply virtual background. This works in app in MacBook , the virtual Background setting should have been given at Admin - manager level

What? I can’t sign up ! I don’t see any sign up on the page!

The app blue jeans is robust and good

I am using this blue jeans app because of our Hon’ble High Court virtual proceedings. This software is good and clear in video and audio streams.

Lot of echoing Unable to dial in Even call me back is not working

Microphone is not working in the latest update of iPad 14.0

I have updated my iPad software version 14.0 and microphone is not working in this app....I hav tried for other app and working well. I have an Institutional license and now this is creating a problem. I am not able to hear the voice of participants. Kindly do the needful on priority and update and/or provide the solution.
