Bluestone

No point in the app as it just diverts you back to the website. Didn’t leave a review last year as I thought it would get developed and then be useful but no, still no use.

This app is literally useless as far as being of any assistance to anyone staying at Bluestone. There’s no way to see any details of your stay, your activity bookings, your accommodation, maps of the site, upcoming events…. It’s just links to the takeaway ordering website, and the activity booking website, neither of which work particularly well either. Needs a major rethink - should never have got past conceptual stage in its current form.

This needs a complete over haul as an app. Just push people to your website instead.

This app needs someone to look at it again and rework. As an app it’s pretty much useless, as all it does is sends the user to a website. If you are going to have an app, have one that is fully integrated into existing web forms. So the user isn’t just being navigated to existing web pages. Features the I would expect on the resorts app: * Stays booking confirmation - dates staying, check in/out time, information on what to do on arrival etc. * Map - showing the resort site * Important resort information - health and safety etc * Eateries - menus, booking, location * Take away/Food delivery - menus, ordering, updates * Activities - what’s on just during your stay, booking, location * Personal Itinerary - From check in, all activities and eateries booked to check out. You have completely missed an opportunity for this app to be a perfect helpful tool for your guests during their stay. Please invest some time and money into getting this app updated. On site you lose WiFi signal and therefore can not use the app plus there is no useful information like when the facilities open and close etc

15March2024 you can now book food via the app, minimum order £15, and you can mix and match from fish and chips to curry etc.

Really pointless app - no map or guide to routes it doesn’t do as much as you would expect from this lovely resort.

Can’t add your booking to see your itinerary and everything else just takes you to a website. Really quite pointless unfortunately.

Needs developing further, thought you would be able to log in to your booking, book activities, look at menus etc. Not to be unfortunately.
