If you misplace your device, this app will let you use your iPad/iPhone that is paired to your device to help find it. Simply install this app, open it, and the app will guide you to your missing device. Bluetooth Finder will help you locate your missing device by trying to look and connect wirelessly to your device's wireless signature.
Your missing device may sleep soon after you have misplaced them, so download the app and start searching immediately to ensure you will be able to find your missing bluetooth device. Please check the limitations of the app at the bottom of description to see if you qualify.

LIMITATIONS OF APP
• Bluetooth Finder may not work if you have disabled/re-enabled bluetooth after losing your Pencil.
• Bluetooth Finder will may not work if you have restarted your iPad after losing your device.
• Bluetooth Finder will not work if you have lost it over a large distance (e.g. lost in train, but trying to find it at home).
• Bluetooth Finder works best if you have lost in the last few minutes.

I found the damned thing IN THE COUCH I HAD ALREADY LOOKED IN FOUR TIMES. I followed the app suggestion to nudge furniture and when I hip checked the couch, the pencil immediately appeared as APPLE PENCIL, then it told me I was close. The best part: it showed the battery percentage of the Pencil, which helped me, because I had my wife’s Gen 1 Apple Pencil nearby and was worried it was what my iPad was seeing. But hers had more charge than what was showing on this app! 10/10 worth the 7 Canadian dollars I spent.

I mean…. Doesn’t actually work If you lose something… like it has to be connected plus charged plus close by so like I am not sure why I paid for.
Super grateful
I fell asleep on my couch while doing work on my iPad so when I woke up, I realized the pen was gone. I knew it had to be near the couch since I was using it before I fell asleep but I didn’t really know where. This device helped me pinpoint the exact spot on the couch where the pen was and when I found it, some place I didn’t expect to find.
I love the progress bar that increases as you get close to the object you’re looking for. Thank you again, I really thought I lost it
Apple Pencil
It could not locate my Apple Pencil
Disappointed with this app
It should only show Bluetooth devices paired with the device. instead it shows all the neighbours devices. The worst thing is that it doesn’t show my apple pencil. The interface shows a curve and a zoomed out map that are not helpful at all. the proximity with the device is not reflected on the size of that line. I give 2 stars for the idea but for the quality i should only give one. My device is an ipad mini 6 (latest model with cellular)
Not very helpful
This app did not help me find the pencil. It has a bar on it that is maybe suppose to indicate proximity. It didn’t.
Took a little getting used too but it worked great
Once I figured out how the range tinder worked it was great
