Impossible de se connecter après changement de téléphone
J’ai changer de téléphone et maintenant impossible de me connecter application qui plante et qui me redemande un code de confirmation depuis deux mois, je dois attendre d’être au Maroc pour voir l’état de mes comptes je n’ai jamais eu se genre de problème avec des banque française
FaceID ne peut plus être activé
Après la mise à jour, l’activation de FaceID n’est plus possible. Quand je l’active, il revient toujours à l’écran d’activation.
Virement instantanés payants cochés par défaut
Il est inconcevable de proposer par défaut une option payante cochée par défaut. Le client doit choisir par lui même de payer pour cette option. Il ne fait pas que l’option payante soit cochée par défaut. Veuillez corriger cette anomalie fonctionnelle lors de la prochaine évolution de votre application
Problème de transfert
Transferts réalisés régulièrement depuis 3 ans sans problématique mais le dernier réalisé la semaine dernière n’a pas abouti. Réception du nº de la transaction et affichage de celle ci sur l’application. Plusieurs mails envoyés sans réponse, service client inexistant. Aucune réactivité pour une banque de ce gabarit. Problème à résoudre au niveau de la banque émettrice au retour à la fin des vacances chamboulées

L’action Face ID peut pas être confirmé et meme dans les paramètres de l’application ça existe plus pour l’active ou la désactivé
Application pratique
Dans l’ensemble c’est pratique il fait aussi ajouter service de paiement ONEE Branche Eau, puisque y a deja branche électricité . Apple pay marche pas .

Vous nous obliger à acquérir d’autres portables qui recquiert de nouveaux iOS .. ce n’est pas démocratique du tout ..
