Yes, BMI is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

I remove one star because you are not able to enter decimal values for weight.
They should let you use the app for at least one day so you can get a feel before bombarding with Ads. Every time you close something an ad pops up. Plus every time I looked at my settings it reverted my activity back to sedentary and changed my measurements to the default (eg inches instead of cm) so I had no idea orbit was even calculating right. I quickly lost patience and I uninstalled. Seems to have potential. Just not user friendly at the moment.
Every step involves a 30+ second ad, some of which lock the app. So to move forward getting information I needed to close to app and reopen it several times.
Won’t let me scroll down to see info at the bottom of the page. Plus the ads at the bottom interfere and block the info there.
Imperial Weight setting (lbs) keeps reverting to metric (kg) and providing erroneous results; must repeatedly set weight to imperial (lbs) from permanent metric (kg) setting for each application. Numerous misspellings. Major annoyance
Says I’m at 15% body fat with a BMI of 58.3
Keep telling me to fil in data when I did - does work on metric I fpund out
