Dear Sir we are facing software issue and we are not getting OTP to login BML app.

When trying to login it says Login failed After like 3-4 hours again working normal Every few days facing same problem

App is a mess. 9 days statement always gets timeout and then you can change it to 7 days or something wastes time. Transactions almost always timeout. App is not optimised for latest devices.

Pathetic service ever.. time wasting

Please explain the procedure for Biometric confirmation through mobile app as stated by a rep from the bank

From 2 mnths app is not working. Every time same msg Unable to fetch your data. Even helpline is useless

When click on forget enter user name click next app crashed and enter correct info for login failure alert show

My experience has been worst with this banking application. Password, username all correct, but the app says incorrect info and l have to restore and change password multiple times. Such a bad experience. Complaints are not resolved on time. Also if there is any annual deduction for card and accounts, they dont bother to update on message and you have to sort all by yourself that where did your money go. Not recommend at all

The most irritating app I have ever encountered with. The submit button hides every time I try to fill the questions while registering myself. If I had an option to rate a 0 star, I would have gone for it. Please give your iOS developer a good iOS course to learn about the basic Apple User interface guidelines.
