Was able to get into my account for about 5 seconds after getting through all the issues. Tried to use the Authenticator to open site on my laptop and was kicked out of both now stuck in the endless code loop like everyone else

This app sucks
This app and bmo sucks. Every month they make me change the password and the process never works. Every month I’d have to call someone to be able tog get access to the account again. Sooo much extra work for this stupid app. Sigh
Needs an Update
With the new iOS, face unlock does not work and I can’t get logged in on the computer either as it needs the app authentication code. MAKE THE DUAL VERIFICATION A TEXT PLEASE!
UI and Accessibility
The UI is horrible and difficult to navigate. The ability to upload receipts other apps such as OneDrive, Google drive, would help.
Literally the worst app ever built
Cracking the divinci code is easier than getting into this app.
A extremely problematic tool.
This app is not a solution, is a problem, a constant headache.

Frustrating and waste of time
I can’t ever do this login seamlessly. It’s always back and forth and I almost always get locked out. I can’t complete my work. Terrible pp
Useless app
Eternal loop Go to website and after trying to login tells me to get code from app on my mobile device. To get code from mobile device i have to login where I am asked to get a two factor code from guess where —-the mobile device app which I'm trying to login in to. What good is an eternal loop?
No verification code generated
The website asks for a verification code. The app does not generate a verification code. Eventually I cannot login. HELPPPP
